Javier Domínguez joined the firm in 1995 and was named partner in 2007. He advises developers, investment funds, investors, and creditors on domestic and cross-border real estate and financial transactions. He has participated in a variety of strategic real estate operations, including acquisitions, divestitures, developments, leases, and financings, notably advising the world’s largest industrial facility developer. He has also represented real estate funds and investors on their investments, developments and asset management in Mexico.

He advises domestic and international creditors on the structuring and restructuring of loans for public and private entities, including secured, unsecured, mezzanine, and structured financings.

Javier gained international experience as a foreign associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York.
