Sara Hardy  joined the firm in 2022. She has over 11 years of experience specializing in commercial arbitration, anti-corruption, compliance, and corporate criminal liability. She regularly advises clients in international disputes, with extensive expertise in commercial arbitration under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, SIAC, and other major institutions. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean of the Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje -40 (CEIA-40).

Her practice also includes leading complex internal investigations, particularly in white-collar and anti-corruption matters, including those with international scope and FCPA applicability. Sara is highly skilled in regulatory compliance, ESG, best practices, and crime prevention risk assessments. She has represented clients in criminal proceedings and advised both domestic and international entities on anti-money laundering prevention. She is certified as an External Auditor and Compliance Officer by the National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores). Sara’s international experience includes professional practice at the Constitutional Court of Spain, where she addressed inquiries from the European Court of Human Rights and the Venice Commission. Since 2021, she has been a tenured professor of “Legal Dissertation in Contracts” at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
