Eric Silberstein joined the firm in 2016 and was named partner in 2023. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions advising buyers, private equity funds, sellers, and financial advisors on the acquisition of financial institutions and companies across various sectors, including pharmaceutical, transportation, and food and beverage, in both domestic and cross-border transactions. In the banking sector, he represents debtors and creditors on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of structured financings.

Additionally In capital markets, Eric advises issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings, including corporate bonds and equity offerings, with a particular focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 securities, both in Mexico and the United States.

Eric was admitted to the New York Bar and gained international experience as a foreign associate at Dechert, also in New York.
