Jean Paul Farah joined the firm in 1994 and was named partner in 2003. He has over 30 years of experience representing international banks and export credit agencies in financing and issuances for various private and public entities across different sectors, including energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, consumer goods, and real estate. His expertise in M&A involves advising strategic investors and private equity firms on capital and mezzanine investments in Mexico.

Jean Paul has participated in a wide array of sustainability-linked financings for companies like Bimbo, América Móvil, Fibra Uno, and Fibra Macquarie, as well as significant M&A transactions in different sectors, representing Autralis, ENFOCA, Grupo Salud Auna, CGI Manufacture Holdings, Preficient, and Chart Industries, among others. Prominent transactions include note offerings for Kio Networks, Casa Cuervo, América Móvil, and Bimbo.
