Career

Gabriel del Valle joined the firm in 2005 and has been a partner since 2008. He represents domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, with a special emphasis on project finance, structured finance and capital markets.

Within such transactions, Gabriel specialises in structured loans, private and public offerings of debt, equity and structured securities (including capital notes, CKDs, CERPIs and Fibras-E), and in establishing private equity funds, as well as in structuring, investing and implementing a variety of infrastructure projects, such as PPPs, toll roads, international bridge crossings, energy and water treatment plants.

Gabriel was admitted to practise law in New York in 2002. He worked as a foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York (1999–2005).
