María Rosa Díaz joined the firm in 2008 as a law clerk. She specializes in all types of contentious intellectual property matters before all legal instances, including the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Federal Administrative Justice Court, District Courts, and Circuit Courts. She has particular experience in intellectual property infringement proceedings, including administrative infringement actions and domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
