Héctor Ceballos is an associate at Cuesta Campos, focusing his practice on Real Estate and Corporate Law, advising companies in a wide variety of businesses and operations.

In Real Estate matters, Hector has participated in the planning and implementation of different investment vehicles, such as: companies, trusts with business and administrative activities, and Real Estate Infrastructure Trusts. He has also provided legal advice to developers and construction companies for the development of urbanization and real estate projects, managing critical routes for the conclusion of said projects in their different phases, from the implementation of the legal investment vehicle, (planning, obtention of permits and licenses), as up to the affectation of property under the condominium regime.

Likewise, he has advised national and foreign clients in various company transactions in their different stages: corporate regularization, Due Diligence, preparatory documents, and purchase agreements.
