Position
Karla Hernandez, based in our Bajio Office, is part of the Japanese Service Group and the corporate area of the firm. She has focused her practice in foreign investment, immigration procedures and legal documents for the day-to-day operations of foreign companies in Mexico.
Before joining Cuesta Campos, she developed experience in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law in the International Legal Advice Department of the Foreign Trade Commission of the State of Guanajuato (COFOCE).
Career
Currently, she focuses on immigration regularization processes of clients in the Bajio area, the day-to-day assistance of client, corporate matters, as well as the incorporation of companies with foreign investment.
