Adrián Pérez Pastrana is senior associate at Cuesta Campos, where he has focused his practice in ​​Labor Law. He has more than 10 years of experience offering legal consulting services to both national and foreign companies in various industry sectors, such as: automotive, electronics, food and beverages, manufacturing, and construction, among others. Mr. Pérez Pastrana has participated and directed important advisory projects representing national and foreign companies such as: collective contract negotiations and employer sustitution processes, subcontracting and risk prevention in labor matters, developing internal policies.

His expertise also includes developing strategies in accordance with the regulatory framework and with a high sense of ethics in professional practice to mitigate potential risks such as judicial procedures and/or sanctions derived from inspections by the Ministry of Labor and individual and collective conciliations before the competent labor authorities.
