Mr. Gutiérrez has specialized his practice in banking, securities, bankruptcy, construction and infrastructure, and corporate disputes.

Due to his remarkable skill in his day-to-day practice, Mr. Gutierrez has been recognized for his successful representation of individuals and corporations before Mexican courts and arbitration tribunals in highly technical disputes that generally involve significant risks for his clients. In addition, he regularly advises clients on complex issues, with the objective of mitigating risks in the execution of their transactions.

His main clients include credit institutions and transnational corporations.

Mr. Gutiérrez obtained his law degree (JD) from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2006.
