Marcello Ausenda is a Director in the Corporate department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Marcello joined Conyers in 2001 and became partner in 2007. Marcello's practice covers general corporate and commercial matters with particular focus on public companies, securities and financing. He also advises on partnerships and corporate relocations and restructurings.
