Lauren Pereira is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman.

Lauren’s practice includes all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including cross-border corporate finance, mergers, amalgamations, insurance law and regulation, economic substance, and compliance and regulatory matters.
