Alexis Haynes is an Associate in the Corporate department of Conyers in the Bermuda office. Alexis joined Conyers in 2019 after practicing in the corporate department of another Bermuda law firm.

Alexis’ practice includes general corporate and commercial law, including cross-border corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, relocations, the establishment and regulation of investment funds, fintech and compliance and regulatory matters.
