Corporate Finance

Chloe is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s British Virgin Islands office. Chloe advises on a broad range of corporate and banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, investments, real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, initial public offerings, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance.  Chloe also has experience in fund formation within the British Virgin Islands.

Chloe joined the Maples Group in 2018, having previously worked in the corporate team of another leading international law firm. Prior to moving offshore in 2015, Chloe gained experience as a paralegal working in the corporate teams at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and Wragge & Co LLP (now Gowling WLG) in London.
