Marcos Saldanha Proença advises Brazilian and international clients across a variety of industries on a broad range of corporate matters. Marcos focuses his practice on the capital markets (debt and equity) and M&A deals, on both buy and sell sides. He also advises clients on contractual and routine corporate aspects of large Brazilian companies. In the capital markets and debt areas, Marcos has significant experience in infrastructure transactions and usually advises Brazilian leading energy companies on their issues of bonds, debentures and commercial paper.
