Career

Daniel Costa Rebello advises clients on compliance and competition law matters, including antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions. His clients span an array of industries from financial services, automotive and technology to healthcare and oil and gas.

Daniel acted as general coordinator at the Brazilian antitrust authority (CADE) where he contributed to various directives, including Guide H, the Leniency Program Guide, and the Internal Manual for Merger Control Review. He has extensive experience in negotiating agreements with CADE and in representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation.

Daniel also advises public and private companies on internal investigations and compliance matters. He is experienced in negotiating leniency programs and agreements with the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPF), the Federal Comptroller Board (CGU), and the Federal Attorney-General Office (AGU).

International experience: De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Netherlands.
