Marianna Vieira Barbosa Morselli is a real estate counsel. Over the past 17 years, she has assisted Brazilian and international clients on a wide range of matters within the real estate practice, including real property acquisition; lease; guarantees; real estate development; rural properties and agribusiness; hotel and tourism; shopping malls; and zoning and construction. Her experience also involves assisting in M&A deals, tax and environmental matters, and civil litigation related to the real estate area.
