André Bernini advises local and international clients from a wide array of industries in M&A deals, with a prominent presence in private equity, distressed M&A, and acquisition of infrastructure projects (greenfield and brownfield). André represents private equity funds, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and other strategic players on both the buy-side and the sell-side and has also gained a reputation in representing founders and family-owned businesses on the sell-side. Major institutional activities include: the position as a member of the IBA Young Lawyers' Committee and the position as a member of the firm's Social Responsibility Committee. Admitted to practice in New York State (2013).
