Alexandre Outeda Jorge represents local and international clients in litigation and advisory matters, with a focus on the environmental area and on occupational safety and health matters.

Alexandre has extensive experience in contaminated site cases and negotiating with governmental bodies, including the Public Prosecutor’s Office, unions, and trade associations, addressing critical occupational health and safety concerns.

His expertise extends to both individual and collective litigation, with a strong track-record on matters involving allegations of labor exposure and occupational diseases induced by hazardous substances such as asbestos, benzene, mercury, cyanide, and radiation.
