Ana Carolina Carpinetti advises Brazilian and multinational clients on tax matters with a particular focus on the technology sector, assisting clients in both advisory and litigation contexts.

She has extensive experience structuring operations and transactions for tech companies in Brazil and regularly advises clients on the tax implications of cross-border contracts and the design of business models with an emphasis on risk mitigation and compliance. Her practice includes advising on the structuring of local operations, preparing documentation packages, and assessing tax impacts related to applications and digital platforms—particularly in the marketplace and sharing economy spaces.

Ana Carolina also advises on the integration of new business models into the Brazilian tax framework and on the structuring of audiovisual content distribution, including the application of regulatory taxes such as CONDECINE.
