Marcelo Peloso advises national and international clients from various sectors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, with a prominent presence in private equity, infrastructure and energy (power) projects, and in the telecommunications industry.

Marcelo primarily represents private equity funds and foreign investors, both on the buy side and the sell side.
