Rodolfo Schreuders has been a member of Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2007. Rodolfo specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, acting both on the buy-side and sell-side, including joint ventures, private equity deals and corporate restructurings.

Among the sectors he focuses on are energy and infrastructure. Rodolfo also has a vast experience in corporate law and corporate governance matters.
