Eduardo Comparato Ferreira de Sá advises Brazilian and international clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, and M&A. Eduardo represents companies and investment funds in both early-stage and late-stage investment rounds. He also has experience in general corporate matters involving Brazilian closely-held and publicly-held companies, including corporate restructuring, corporate governance issues, and securities regulations.
