Thiago Del Pozzo Zanelato advises Brazilian and international clients on domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as on complex litigation disputes and commercial mediation proceedings. He focuses his practice on commercial disputes involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate law in general, infrastructure and construction, sports law, sale of goods, and international law in general. In addition, Thiago has significant experience in conducting multijurisdictional litigation, including procedures for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. He also advises on public and private international law matters.
