Stephanie Hong specializes in investment funds and structured finance, with experience spanning banking, project finance, capital markets, M&A, and corporate law. She has extensive experience in sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions involving investment funds and related structures, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs), private equity funds (FIPs), receivables investment funds (FIDCs), and hedge funds (FIMs).

Her practice regularly involves advising Brazilian and international clients on fund structuring, project finance, private equity and venture capital investments, and regulatory matters. She also counsels financial and non-financial institutions — such as fund administrators, asset managers, distributors/broker-dealers, securities advisers, custodians, and rating agencies — on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues.

Stephanie has significant Korea-related experience, having advised the Korea Development Bank (KDB), Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (K-SURE) and the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), among others, during her tenure in South Korea.
