Cauê Myanaki has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, capital markets, corporate governance and administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).

He has participated in some of the major business combination transactions in Brazil involving publicly-held companies, such as Hapvida-Notredame, Localiza-Unidas and Stone-Linx.

He is a member of the Legal Committee  of the Instituto Brasileiro de Relações com Investidores – IBRI and a member of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Committee of IBRADEMP.

Cauê is admitted to practice in New York.
