Elina Cunha advises Brazilian and international clients on administrative and construction law matters, practicing in both the litigation (arbitration and court disputes) and advisory areas. Elina focuses her practice on public procurement and bidding procedures, concessions and EPC contracts, with extensive expertise in the infrastructure area (roads, ports, airports and urban mobility), specializing in complex litigation involving the economic and financial rebalancing of contracts with the public administration and regulatory agencies, administrative misconduct suits, class action suits and public civil actions, alongside contracts in the heavy civil construction industry.
