Caroline Guazzelli Queiroz Gomes advises clients on financial transactions and banking regulation aspects in Brazil. Her practice focuses on structured financial transactions, capital markets, derivatives and asset finance transactions entered into in the domestic and international markets. Caroline plays an active role in the aviation practice of the firm, advising financial institutions and airline companies in financing and leasing transactions, and other demands related to this area such as aviation regulation issues and aircraft purchase and sale transactions.
