Carlos advises local and international clients from a wide array of industries in M&A deals, with a prominent presence in private equity, technology and insurance. Carlos acts as co-head of the transactional insurance practice and is responsible for coordinating the firm’s acceleration program for Insurtech's. He has been a member of the firm’s corporate practice area since 2001.
