Luís Henrique Perroni Fernandes advises clients on a wide array of competition law and compliance matters.

He advises clients on complex merger filings before the Brazilian antitrust authority (CADE) and represents them in administrative and judicial proceedings involving antitrust practices such as cartels, information exchange, price discrimination, excessive or predatory pricing, resale price maintenance, exclusivity, among others. He also has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations and developing and implementing antitrust compliance programs and policies.

Luís Henrique has been actively involved in pro bono, gender diversity and institutional initiatives. He is co-chair of the Penn Carey Law Alumni in Brazil and founder of Por Dentro do LLM, a not-for-profit project sharing insights into LL.M. programs abroad.
