Ricardo Binnie advises Brazilian and international clients on banking regulatory matters and on financial and corporate aspects of M&A transactions, with an emphasis on corporate and banking law, finance and foreign exchange & fintechs, payment methods, asset management, and M&A deals.

Ricardo has extensive experience in assisting financial and payment institutions, fintechs, startups and asset managers with Brazilian financial and payment systems regulations, including authorization procedures, design of e-wallets and marketplaces, development of new products and strategic partnerships on corporate and regulatory matters.
