Lizette currently Manages our Uruguay Office.  Her areas of expertise include Corporate Law, Investment Structures, Off Shore structures, Free Zone Corporations, Asset protection & Estate Planning, Private Interest Foundations, Trusts, Tax Law, Double Tax Treaties and Import / Export Transactions. She obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Strategy from the Universidad ORT Uruguay.
