Matthew is Co-Leader of McCarthy Tétrault's National Business Law Group, Managing Partner of the Firm's New York office, Co-Head of the National Private Equity Group and a Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Based in New York, he brings a unique vantage point to Canadian and international clients navigating complex M&A and private equity transactions. He advises clients on investments, contested transactions and acquisitions across various key industries, including infrastructure, technology, mining, REITs and consumer markets.
