Joe is a member of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group. His practice focuses on all aspects of competition law and advocacy, including contested merger litigation, class actions, merger review, price fixing and cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, joint ventures and strategic alliance, and regulatory compliance. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.

Joe has appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal, the Competition Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court and is a passionate advocate for his clients.
