Matthew has significant experience in the technology, life sciences, and not-for-profit spaces.

He works extensively with health tech investors, customers and vendors as a part of the Health Care group at BLG. He regularly advises on corporate governance, equity financings, complex commercial drafting, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate-commercial issues that may arise.

Matthew’s background in corporate strategy and finance not only allows him to grasp a deeper understanding of clients’ businesses but also gives clients the benefit of his sound judgment and commercial reasonableness to help them achieve their goals.

Matthew has over 10 years of experience servicing the technology space by providing efficient and effective legal services to clients of all sizes.
