Joshua is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a broad practice advising Indigenous communities and their businesses on a range of legal matters. He also advises industry clients on diverse commercial projects, particularly those involving Indigenous interests.

Joshua’s expertise includes advising on economic development matters, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Before joining BLG, Joshua practiced corporate and commercial law as an associate at both a national firm in Toronto and a boutique Indigenous law firm. He was also a member of faculty at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law, where he served as an assistant professor.
