Roger's practice focuses on commercial insolvency and restructuring. He provides advice to clients regarding:

• granting and enforcement of security interests in personal property under the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario)
• claims arising from fraudulent preferences, fraudulent conveyances, settlements and other claims for the recovery of assets in insolvency matters
• inventory financing matters, including review of transactional documentation
• issues relating to reorganizations under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

After graduating from law school, Roger was a law clerk to the Office of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice.
