Anna Powers is a Senior Attorney in Hunton’s Asset Finance team in London.
Anna acts for banks, leasing companies, airlines, operators, ship owners and business jet, helicopter and yacht owners on a broad range of transactions.
Anna has more than 10 years of experience in commercial aviation, business aviation and yacht related matters including aircraft and yacht finance and leasing, aircraft and yacht sale and purchase transactions and aircraft and yacht repossession work.
Anna is also an experienced commercial marine and equipment finance lawyer and advises on private credit deals including receivables purchase agreements, debt and portfolio sales, forward flow financings and warehouse facilities.
