For more than 20 years, Aaron has advised clients on a broad range of complex privacy, cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI) matters. As a leader on the firm’s privacy team, Aaron provides strategic yet practical advice to clients on large-scale cybersecurity incidents; compliance with existing and emerging regulatory requirements related to privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and data monetization; and negotiating complex data-driven agreements, including in the context of high-profile corporate transactions. Aaron regularly advises clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on private equity, financial services, technology, retail, CPG, and life sciences. He is well-known for his unique transatlantic and commercial perspective—he spent several years as the managing partner of Hunton’s London office. On account of his diligence and focus on the needs of his clients, Aaron has been named a BTI “Client Service All‐Star”. Outside of his client work, Aaron is a sought-after media resource on privacy and cybersecurity issues and is regularly quoted in leading publications. Aaron regularly speaks before industry groups, legal organizations, government agencies and universities at conferences, seminars, roundtables and webinars. He has written and co-authored numerous articles, book chapters and handbooks on privacy and cybersecurity issues.
