Career

Jonathan advises clients on all areas of UK and EU data protection and cybersecurity law, including EU/UK GDPR, e-commerce, incident response, and online privacy. Jonathan also advises on new and emerging EU digital laws, such as NIS2 and DORA, and advises clients on cutting-edge privacy and data protection issues, including AI governance and the EU AI Act. Jonathan is experienced in managing global compliance projects and drafting, advising and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including data processing and outsourcing agreements.

Jonathan has extensive experience advising clients on cybersecurity incident response, including for several large-scale, high-profile cybersecurity incidents. In addition, Jonathan regularly assists clients with proactive cyber incident readiness activities, such as tabletop exercises and incident response procedures.
