Adam focuses exclusively on business immigration law, advising companies on workforce mobility, talent retention and immigration compliance. He serves as trusted counsel to in-house legal and human resources teams, tailoring practical, business-oriented advice to clients’ internal structures, operational needs and strategic objectives.

He counsels employers on the hiring and retention of foreign national talent, the international transfer of key personnel and compliance with I-9 requirements. He also advises on immigration issues arising in corporate transactions, including M&A matters.

Adam represents a broad range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, startups, investors, schools and nonprofits. His practice includes significant experience in L-1, H-1B, E-2, TN, O-1 and H-3 visa matters, as well as all employment-based permanent residence categories. He also supervises the firm’s global immigration practice and regularly advises on family-based sponsorship and naturalization applications.
