He works closely with regulatory authorities across the country to help clients navigate complex permitting, compliance, and litigation matters, including with the US Environmental Protection Agency, US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Marine Fisheries Service, and other federal and state agencies. He develops practical, solution-oriented strategies to advance critical projects, address high-stakes disputes, and provide strategic guidance on business decisions, agency engagement, external communications, media relations, and representation before agency and department leadership.

Andrew has helped shape important law and policy at the intersection of natural resources development and environmental protection, supporting outcomes that benefit both industry and the environment. He frequently writes for environmental journals and other media and is a regular speaker at leading legal and industry conferences.
