Holly advises clients on a broad range of complex privacy, cybersecurity and data protection matters, including assessing new and emerging requirements across the globe. As a member of the firm’s top-ranked privacy and cybersecurity practice, Holly assists clients in managing global privacy and cybersecurity risks and compliance issues. She also counsels clients on the privacy, data governance and regulatory implications of artificial intelligence, helping them navigate evolving AI-related legal frameworks.

Holly also has extensive experience negotiating complex data and technology transactions. She frequently speaks before industry groups, legal organizations and educational institutions at conferences and other events. She also is adjunct professor of cybersecurity law at William & Mary School of Law, where she enjoys teaching the next generation of cybersecurity lawyers.

Prior to joining the firm, Holly managed the data privacy program at a Fortune 200 company. Holly's experience combines deep, leading-edge data privacy and cybersecurity work for a broad range of the largest companies in the world with on-the-ground responsibility for these matters at a global Fortune 200 company.
