Doug is a partner in the firm’s Capital Finance and Real Estate team, where he advises clients on sophisticated real estate transactions across the full investment lifecycle. He represents commercial real estate owners, developers, investors, private equity funds, and institutional REITs in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals, with a focus on helping clients execute business objectives efficiently and strategically at any place in the capital stack. His expertise includes joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up developments, financings, and portfolio transactions.

Doug works across all major asset classes, including data centers, industrial, office, multifamily, hospitality, and retail, giving clients practical, market-informed counsel across a broad range of investment strategies and property types.
