Jingyi "Alice" Yao represents issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital market transactions, primarily in the power and utilities industry. Her experience includes common stock issuances and establishment of “at-the-market” programs in the U.S. and Canada, U.S. and cross-border secured and unsecured debt securities, hybrid securities, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings and liability management transactions. Alice also advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, ongoing reporting, disclosure and compliance requirements.
