Wendy’s practice has focused on general litigation in state and federal courts for over thirty years. Her experience covers a wide range of issues, including products liability and toxic torts, commercial litigation, environmental issues, employment disputes, and intellectual property.  She has represented clients across numerous industries from manufacturers to state Universities.  Wendy’s practice also includes appellate litigation and domestic and international arbitration.  In addition to litigation, Wendy routinely provides risk assessments and other advice to clients to guide them in their business transactions.  Wendy is known for her strategic thinking, command of the facts and the law, and a consistent record of achieving favorable outcomes.

Wendy is a member of the Virginia and D.C. bars, and is admitted to practice in several federal courts, including the Eastern District of Virginia, Western District of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit.
