Tammy is a seasoned corporate finance partner with deep experience and a strong commitment to clients. Her commitment extends to financial institutions, institutional investors, and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based and reserve-based lending, multicurrency credit facilities, floor plan financings, first lien/second lien transactions, and complex debt restructurings.

Tammy also represents leading commercial banks in structuring and negotiating syndicated credit facilities for public and private borrowers across various industries, including energy, oil field services, technology, construction, automotive, death care, financial services, and real estate. She advises clients on derivative transactions, such as interest rate and commodity swaps, caps, options, and other hedging arrangements.

Partnering with business executives and their teams to manage complex transactions under tight deadlines, Tammy excels at driving efficiency, coordinating professionals, and delivering practical guidance. Her skilled approach helps such clients overcome legal and commercial challenges and meet their objectives on schedule.

Tammy has served as the firm’s Houston office managing partner since 2018. She also serves as an ex officio member of Hunton’s Executive Committee and a member of the firm’s Opinion Committee.
