AJ is a partner in the Corporate and M&A team. His practice covers a broad range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions, including private M&A, public takeovers, IPOs, equity fundraisings, joint ventures, complex corporate reorganisations and restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.

He acts for a number of quoted and private companies, financial intermediaries and other clients and advises clients across several sectors with a particular focus on financial services.
