As part of the firm’s Insurance group, Ashley represents clients in a wide variety of insurance disputes. She serves on the coast-to-coast team that helps clients navigate claims concerning general liability, professional liability, products liability, premises liability, employment practices, workers’ compensation, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions liability, cyber risk, property damage, fire, flood, windstorm, business interruption, and life and health, among others.

Ashley’s legal background includes representing businesses, insurers and individuals in civil and commercial litigation on matters of premises liability, contract disputes, consumer protection, wrongful death, class action and toxic tort litigation. Ashley is known for her attention to detail and is appreciated for practical and creative solutions that resolve claims efficiently and in alignment with clients’ individual business goals.
