Anthony maintains a robust energy litigation practice, representing clients including Anadarko, Occidental, Chevron, and Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore in complex, high-stakes disputes.

Recent successes include securing an eight-figure jury verdict for private client David Dunwoody, a complete defense victory in Delaware Chancery Court against breach of fiduciary duty claims, and an eight-figure arbitration award for an oil and gas operator on a warranty dispute. Anthony also obtained a multimillion-dollar settlement for Tanos Exploration shortly before trial, defeated class certification on behalf of Anadarko, and serves as a key member of the trial team representing OxyChem in a $1.3 billion CERCLA matter.

In addition, Anthony represented X Corp. in a $120 million breach of contract dispute which resolved on favorable terms for the client.
